- Event Format

Round 1:
* The teams will have to take a written questionnaire in which their basic electronics
skills will be tested
* The questionnaire will comprise of 40 questions. 20 objective and 20 design questions.
* The design questions will be tie-breakers. Sectional Cutoff will be there in both
sections
* The teams have to complete the questionnaire within 1 hour
Round 2:* The selected teams will be provided with a i/p waveform and the required o/p waveform. They have to design a suitable circuit to obtain the o/p from the given i/p and simulate it using PSPICE or MATLAB.
* The duration of this round is 1 hour
* Volunteers will be present to provide assistance
Round 3:
* This round will involve lab performance for a given circuit parameters
* A Viva voce will be there after lab performance
* The duration of this round is 1 hour. Lab Performance – 50 min and Viva voce – 10 min
* Volunteers will be present to provide assistance - Rules

* Maximum of 2 members per team
* The participants should not leave the specified area during the competition
* In case any assistance is needed, the teams should approach only the volunteers assigned to them
* Any sort of misbehavior by a person will lead to his/her team’s disqualification
* All the participants should have valid ID card of their respective educational institution with them
- Judging criteria

The decision of the judges of the event will be final and binding. Decision will be based on the following factors
* Accuracy of the circuit
* Efficiency of the circuit
* Performance in Viva voce
