Robomaze
- Introduction

The ROBOMAZE is the Tour De Force of the Robotics events in Kriya.We provide a maze, which is a block of area surrounded by outer walls. The maze is provided with several obstacles which would hinder the movement of the robot in the forward path. Design and build a small, autonomous robot that will find the center of a maze. The mouse that makes it to the center of the maze is the winner. If more than one mouse makes it, then the mouse that gets there the fastest will be the winner.
- Event Format

A team will be provided with 12 minutes, during which they could make as much runs(rounds) as possible. Each run time would be considered between the times, when the bot crosses the starting line and crosses finishing line.
The team will be allowed to make modifications to their bot between the runs as given in the general rules section.
The bot with the shortest official run time would be considered as winner. How far your own ideas has been infused towards the design of the bot would also be considered as a judging parameter.
The bots which reaches the destination square would always be ranked higher than the ones which doesn’t.
For the bots which doesn’t reach the destination square, how close it has comes toward the destination would be considered as the judging parameter.
The decisions taken by the judges will be final.
