Introduction: Showcase your flair and expertise of mechanical abilities in this, one of a kind event called PENTATHLON. It consists of four mechanical events with one preliminary round. Show that you have mastered all the trades of this field.
Event Format: Round 1: PRELIMINARY ROUND

Round 2: SKETCHING

Round 3: THE MACHINIST

Round4: DIS(AS)SEMBLING

Round 5: CRAZY ENGINEER

PRELIMINARY ROUND:

The first round will be QUIZ, testing your fundamentals of mechanical sciences.

SKETCHING:

This round will evaluate your sketching ability. You are supposed to draw 2D and isometric views by free hand.

THE MACHINIST:

You will be provided with a component drawing. You have to produce the component by different machining operations.

DIS(AS)SEMBLING:

You are supposed to dismantle and assemble the given engineering component.

CRAZY ENGINEER:

You are expected to do a contraption with the provided items.
Rules: * Maximum of 3 members per team.

* The participants should not leave the specified area during the competition.

* In case any assistance is needed, the teams should approach only the volunteers assigned to them.

* Any sort of misbehavior by a person will lead to his/her team’s disqualification.

* All the participants should have valid ID card of their respective educational institution with them.
